“We moved our account from another Sabadell branch in Alicante, which we were not happy about. So far, we're finding this branch absolutely great. We visited it yesterday with a few issues which we needed some help with. We were served very professionally and quickly by a nice gentleman at the customer desk. As our Spanish is still poor, we were able to communicate in English what was impossible at the previous branch. Generally, we are happy with the service provided, and we hope it will not change. Movemos nuestra cuenta desde otra sucursal de Sabadell en Alicante, lo cual no nos gustó. Hasta ahora, esta rama nos parece absolutamente genial. Lo visitamos ayer con algunos problemas con los que necesitábamos ayuda. Nos atendió muy profesional y rápidamente un amable caballero en el mostrador de atención al cliente. Como nuestro español aún es pobre, pudimos comunicarnos en inglés lo que era imposible en la sucursal anterior. En general, estamos contentos con el servicio brindado y esperamos que no cambie.”
