“Such superb, excellent, polite service from extremely helpful people. Highly recommended I visited my BBVA branch today to overcome a problem with my bank passbook. On entering the bank, I was required to provide my personal information into the "new" access machine. I found that the system does NOT recognise NIE as means of identification.
