Movilidad en Sierra Nevada

“I want to share a very frustrating experience at the Endesa charging stations in Sierra Nevada. There are 4 Endesa chargers, with clearly marked parking spots for electric vehicle charging. The price is €0.35/kWh, which is reasonable compared to Repsol (€0.58/kWh). The problem started when I arrived with only 15% battery left, so I really depended on these charging stations. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 4 charging spots were occupied by cars that were neither electric nor charging, even though there were many free regular parking spaces available nearby. I reported the issue to the parking staff, especially considering that the parking fee is extremely expensive (€24.5 per day). Their response was completely unacceptable. They said it was not their problem and basically told me to mind my own business. On top of that, they did not speak any English at all, which made communication very difficult. I tried to explain that this issue could be solved very easily by temporarily blocking the EV charging spots with orange cones, and moving them only when an electric car needs to charge. This is a simple and common solution. Their answer was again: “It’s not our job.” This shows a total lack of interest and cooperation, even though the charging spots are located in the same parking area they manage. EV drivers depend on these chargers, especially in situations like mine. I am leaving this review also in Spanish, so the parking staff can understand it as well, since they do not speak English.
