Un sitio entrañable ,tienes que tener suerte para pillar mesa ,tienes unos desayunos buenísimos con un montón de variedad ases de panes y dulces ,la atención es muy buena y muy rápida un lugar de referencia en Ciudad Real

CHAOTIC - there were FEW items both in pastries and bar. So if you are ALONE and would like to buy the ONLY pistacho tronco that exist in the pastries and wanted to buy the LAST salmon sandwich you’ll end up loosing the item that you are about to buy specially when there is a long line and it’s your turn to order , the other staff is attending other people who did not fall in line in the bar and sold the Salmon sándwich that should be yours IF ONLY they respect people who fell in line. So you just wasted your time falling in line for nothing. there are 3 employees 1 in the coffee machine , 1 in pastries and 1 in sandwiches. The seems new employee in the pastries is lost and asking her co workers of literally everything. A woman bought several small pastries have to wait longer than it should be because they have to weight the pastries ONE BY ONE not all at once , the new employee ask her co- worker to help her weigh the pastries then started to attend people that DID NOT FALL in line. Then the 2nd staff who weighs the pastries started to be the cashier leaving people falling in line . Then the seems new employee went back to pastry section I asked what is the green cake , she again ask her co worker what it is they said pistachio trufa , I said ok and then she handed me a paper bag with the cake in it WITHOUT the cardboard arc protection , when I look at the cake it was a disaster inside Espanol Caótico y mal organizado. Muy pocos productos tanto en la pastelería como en la barra. Si estás solo y quieres comprar el único tronco de pistacho o el último sándwich de salmón, es probable que te lo quiten aunque hayas hecho fila. Atienden primero a quienes no hacen fila y venden lo que ya ibas a pedir. Una falta total de respeto. Había tres empleados: uno en la cafetera, otro en sándwiches y una empleada claramente nueva en pastelería que no sabía nada y preguntaba todo. Pesaban los pasteles uno por uno, lo que hizo esperar más a una clienta con varios productos. Luego, la nueva empezó a atender fuera de orden. La que pesaba se fue a la caja, dejando a todos en fila esperando sin atención. Pregunté por un pastel verde, tuvieron que consultar qué era (trufa de pistacho). Acepté, pero me lo dieron mal empacado, sin protección, y cuando lo abrí estaba destrozado. Una pérdida de tiempo y una experiencia frustrante.
El local está precioso después de la reforma, tienen mucha variedad de productos tanto dulces como salados y unos desayunos inmejorables! Pero sin duda, lo mejor de Pan Real Calatrava son sus chicas, la atención y el ambiente familiar que se respira siempre en su cafetería!
Vaya equipo extraordinario que hay en la tienda de la Calle Calatrava. Atentas, simpáticas y buen trato al cliente.
ya me gustaba este sitio ,siempre hay buen rollo y las mesas están limpitas y si no te la limpian antes de que te sienten son amables y rápidas, es de los mejores pan real de Ciudad Real el precio es majuelo y ellas también lo son ,recomendable y esta en todo el centro.
Muy buen servicio, esta precioso después de la reforma, la comida buenísima muy recomendable
