   Internally, our apartment was absolutely fine - it was clean and spacious, comfy bed and a decent shower too. Externally tho, the buildings are way past their best, crumbling / cracked concrete and plaster that falls off with barely a touch. There is currently (March 2024) a lot of building repair work underway on at least 1 of the apartment blocks. This means that we were woken early every morning by drills and jack-hammers. Having said that, the noises from neighbouring apartments were probably more of an inconvenience, every loo flush and people clip-clopping around on hard floors etc. Please note that Orlando is also right next to the main motorway which connects the airport with all of Tenerife's southern resorts, it gets very busy!! The pictures you see of the (partial) sunset views from your balcony don't show you the 4 lanes of traffic just 30m to the left. Finally, anyone with health / mobility issues needs to be aware that there is a pretty steep slope up from the main gate
