   La peor experiencia que he tenido en Mallorca. Desde que llegue a hospedarme en el Sol barbados todo el fin de semana he ido a diario a comprar mis insumos de cada día a este lugar y aunque aprecian ser muy amables me he dado cuenta de la verdadera atención al cliente que tienen al no hacerse responsable de un error de ellos. Quise comprar unas empanadas para almorzar y he cogido las empanadas que estaban en el lugar que dicen “atún” ya que soy vegetariana, y al llegar al hotel me he dado cuenta que todas las empanadas son de carne y olían muy mal, después de abrirlas e intentar comer la Primera. Me dirigí amablemente al lugar para pedir que me las cambien ya que venía siendo una constante clienta de todo el fin de semana, y el dueño me ha dicho que es mi culpa por no saber identificar que en españa y en todas parte del mundo las empanadas de atún son alargadas y no redondas y que él no puede hacerse cargo por mí ignorancia al no ser de aquí, no solo me ha faltado el respeto sino que me confirma que si las empanadas no están en su lugar no es su culpa sino culpa de los usuarios que las desordenan y el no se hace cargo en lo absoluto de la Perdida. Procederé a hacer una demanda por atención al consumidor ya que soy intolerante a la carne y que el olor de las empanadas no era agradable, pude haberme intoxicado y aún así no les interesó hacerse cargo. Pésima atención al público, han perdido una buena clienta en sus vacaciones por no querer devolver 4 empanadas mál vendidas. ___________ The worst experience I've had in Mallorca. Since I arrived at the Sol Barbados, I've been going daily to this place to buy my supplies for the weekend. Although they appear to be very friendly, I discovered their true customer service when they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I wanted to buy some empanadas for lunch and picked the ones labeled "tuna" since I'm a vegetarian. When I got to the hotel, I realized all the empanadas were meat and smelled awful after opening and trying to eat the first one. I politely returned to the store to ask for an exchange since I had been a regular customer throughout the weekend. The owner told me it was my fault for not knowing that in Spain and everywhere in the world, tuna empanadas are long and not round. He said he couldn't be responsible for my ignorance of not being from here. Not only was he disrespectful, but he also confirmed that if the empanadas were not in their correct place, it was not his fault but the customers' who disarranged them. He refused to take any responsibility for the loss. I will proceed to file a consumer complaint as I am intolerant to meat and the smell of the empanadas was unpleasant. I could have gotten sick, and yet they didn't care. Terrible customer service. They lost a good customer during their vacation for not wanting to refund four wrongly sold empanadas.
