   No recomiendo este sitio en absoluto. Ha sido una experiencia muy negativa. Fui a Kache Nails. Carmen me atendió por WhatsApp y Olga fue quien me hizo la manicura. Me hice las uñas en este lugar con Olga unas 3 o 4 veces y, por desgracia, la experiencia fue muy desagradable. En primer lugar, para pedir cita tengo que escribirle un par de días antes, ya que si lo hago con más antelación, se le olvida y llega tarde. Lo peor ocurrió en la tercera sesión: mientras me hacía las uñas, empecé a notar que tenía manchas verdes, lo que me hizo sospechar que se trataba de hongos. Cuando se lo comenté, ella me aseguró que no lo eran y, confiando en su palabra, continué con la manicura. Sin embargo, al cabo de unas dos semanas, una de las uñas se cayó y descubrí que estaba completamente verde. No podía creer lo que veía, así que pedí otra cita para que me dieran una explicación. La única respuesta que recibí fue que aquello no eran hongos. Para mayor indignación, Carmen, la dueña, comentó con otra clienta que la culpa era mía, insinuando que mis uñas habían estado demasiado tiempo en contacto con agua. Me pareció el colmo de lo absurdo. Además, cada vez que Olga tenía que dirigirse a mí, lo hacía con una actitud de enfado. Yo solo pedía una explicación y un poco de empatía, no que me culparan. Finalmente tuve que acudir a otro centro para solucionar el problema y, para mi sorpresa, me confirmaron que tenía 7 uñas infectadas. En conclusión, no recomiendo este sitio en absoluto. La experiencia ha sido muy desagradable y ahora debo seguir un tratamiento para las uñas durante, al menos, 5 meses. Y, por si fuera poco, tuve que soportar la actitud arrogante de Olga. ——————- I went to Kache Nails. Carmen assisted me via WhatsApp, and Olga was the one who did my manicure. First of all, to book an appointment I have to write to her a couple of days in advance, because if I do it earlier, she forgets about it and arrives late. The worst happened during the third session: while she was doing my nails, I started noticing green spots, which made me suspect they were fungus. When I mentioned it to her, she assured me they were not, and trusting her word, I went ahead with the manicure. However, about two weeks later, one of my nails fell off, and I discovered it was completely green. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, so I booked another appointment to ask for an explanation. The only response I received was that it was not fungus. To make matters worse, Carmen, the owner, commented to another client that it was my fault, suggesting that my nails had been in contact with water for too long. I found this completely absurd. On top of that, whenever Olga had to speak to me, she did so with an attitude of anger. All I was asking for was an explanation and a little empathy, not to be blamed. In the end, I had to go to another salon to fix the problem and, to my surprise, they confirmed that I had 7 infected nails. In conclusion, I do not recommend this place at all. The experience has been very unpleasant, and now I have to undergo nail treatment for at least 5 months. And, to top it off, I also had to put up with Olga’s arrogant attitude.
